Huskies open as 10.5-point favorites at Delaware Stadium.

I remember the last time we played UCONN It was in Storrs and Matt Nagy passed for well over 500 yards in that game. It was a turkey shoot.

Bigger number than I would have thought. I was expecting closer to a 7-point spread. I really think this game will go a long way in determining our fate for the season. A loss and I think we are likely looking at a 3 or 4 win season. If we are able to rise up and win, I think we could be looking at 6+ wins. Definitely need to play much cleaner to win. Hopefully we get a nice game day environment.

Plus the way they lost at Syracuse will give them some extra motivation.

I'm coming up from Marietta Friday and look forward to it. Any Go Hens tailgating?

Cuse threw all over UConn - 400 plus yards. They’re a good team - they led Cuse the whole game until the end. Hopefully a big crowd - I’ll make my first appearance of the year
UD to FBS. I never thought I’d see the day

UCONN has a very good Defensive Line and their 4-3 will be hard for us to run on. Their front 4 is athletic and stout. To be successful we will have to pass to set up the run. If we can limit our mistakes this is going to be a good one.

Comments from a Delaware bettor this week:

"Defensively, through two games, they are what we hoped for. This is a solid CUSA defense already, they returned the 4th most production year over year on defense and that continuity has them playing fundamentally sound football. 23rd in HAVOC alrady, top 70 in coverage. Just an above average CUSA unit."

Interesting comments

Personally, I would need to see some more games before I got on board with that but I don’t bet because I’m often wrong
