Matthews is the latest to announce his intentions to return for the 2026 season!!! Maybe he can talk to some other Delaware kids about coming back home? Would love to see Noah add 10 to 15 pounds in the off season. I think at times his lack of size wore him down. Certainly has the ability to be a dynamic playmaker for us.

4,500 college athletes have now entered the 2026 football transfer portal. Players can continue to enter the portal until January 16 so this is really good that our players are making their commitments to stay early in the process. Speaks very well for UD football.

The retention rate for the top talent on the roster has been an extremely pleasant surprise.

Agreed…would be awesome if O’Neal gave us a chance to match before making any final decisions. I’m sure that’s a pipe dream but what the heck…😁

Yeah I hear you. Figured he was a “no hoper” for staying even prior to his announcement. Just so tough to keep a high level player at a premium position like that. I’m sure the market for him is robust and pricey.

I was worried we would lose Streeter. That’s great news. We need at least two starting caliber QBs especially considering the physical style Nick plays with.

I think really highly of streeter. Kid has a big arm and good athleticism. Another year of developing the accuracy and decision making could serve him and the team well for the future

Man, I love the aggressive way Seay plays. Reminds me of Noah Plack.
