Kyle breaks down every institution in the country and whether they are positioned to handle future challenges due to AI, changing enrollment factors and economic issues. Not sure if rev sharing is part of his data but I imagine that will be a factor as well
Delaware as with all the R1’s in his research seems to be well positioned in the post college market position(endowment per student, revenue diversification etc) , as well as institutional resilience( AI exposure , earnings to debt ratio)
37% of the 1561 universities/colleges or 561 are in high stress, mostly found in the Midwest/northeast
