Basketball fan survey

Post by Fightinghens2025 »

Hello, did anybody get a basketball survey asking for your fan experience suggestions and then not be able to submit it? I tried to take the survey, but the submit button doesn’t work and then I had my family member try the same thing on their phone and it still didn’t work. I just wanna make sure it’s not us before I go making a stink about it, but I’m not even sure how I’m supposed to call about this.!

I did mine. My Submit button didn't initially process but noticed one field still needed to be completed

Submitted mine too. I noticed that, for certain "write-in" fields, there is a maximum length. I went back and truncated those fields and succesfully submitted.

I said the top priority was to win more. Fans like being associated with a winner. Made some other more minor comments about game day experience.

I know it’s probably way down the list or not on the list at all, but would love to see them do something with student seating. Maybe reconfigure the east stands to get them more involved.

As it stands the students and band share the west side and the band takes half the lower section so when students do show up , they have that right lower side bottle neck then the upper section.

The BOB was just a bad design IMO

May I ask why there is a need for a survey? This program has been under achieving for years. No butts in the seats is all they need to know.

But for the loyal thousand or so season ticket holders it’s a good idea to reach out to them so maybe they’ll keep coming back. I do not know if anybody got the survey if they just bought tickets to one game or not. But surveying your clientele, at least looks at the part of caring a lot about improving experience, but yes, heavy on the winning will put more butts in the seats
