Women's B-ball Win

Post by Cluck U »

Women got whacked by 25 last night, losing 79-54 to MoSt.

Shot 18-66 (27.2%....good grief) and 2-14 (14.2%...wut?) on 3s.

They are giving away a Lego UDee toy to fans...so many bricks...everywhere.
It's easier to fool people than to convince them that they have been fooled.

And they won yesterday after being down at the half. Now 9-10 on the season.

That was a fun one to attend. Have now won four of the last five.

There was a maddening inability to successfully inbound the ball under pressure. That can be worked on, but it was fortunate that FIU could not capitalize on that.

Most of their remaining games are very winnable too except maybe Missouri State. They don’t have to play 1st place Louisiana Tech or 3rd place Sam Houston again either. They get second place Middle Tennessee at home too after beating them on the road.

Several of the losses occurred when their only point guard was out .
