Attendance listed at 889
LOL HA HA
Can i worry about the attendance now or is Udforever1 going to get his feelings hurt? "936" people there tonight on a friday night but willing to bet it wasn't that
No juice for any basketball programs. Not good!!
Again, just not sure what you’re expecting. Outside the EDD years, when has attendance ever been good? Adair’s last year they went 24-8 and averaged 1000.
I don’t disagree that there’s little juice for both programs, but even in a year where there should have been juice, they didn’t get much.
Hey Buddy-Your response to my evaluation of our womens program was ludicrous. and you were met by a few others who aren't afraid to post their valid thoughts that conflict with yours. SJ's coaching selection was again the same rationale=hire an assistant coach with UD ties possibly saving salary dollars(SOP)! that doesn't hack it!! we are viewing most on the board unhappy with our major sports. UD(276) is already ranked below most or every CUSA team and CUSA ain't no BIG or ACC
hopefully tonight we can perform better- cut out the TOs and shoot at a respectable %. there are number of new players who appear to posses some skills, but our frantic helter skelter game plan just won't hack it. No excuses. I don't enjoy watching the games, but I feel responsible to watch them in order to comment correctly.
BTW-Following the conclusion of the game, the second episode of the American Revolution series by Ken Burns starts at 8 on PBS.
BTW- what is the deal with our 6'5" player who was out the entire last season? Johnson hasn't hit the hardwood yet? ??????????????????????

Tenn, I am not sure what you are talking about. I haven’t responded once to your evaluation.

come on man
Again, not sure what you are talking about. As with most threads, no one has responded to your post(s), myself included, besides you attempting to call me out on this one. I really don’t know what you’re talking about.
As I said in the initial post, I imagine this is a make or break year for Jenkins. Year 4 of probably a 5 year deal. Doubt they make her a lame duck next year if the mediocrity continues. No reason why this program can’t be a lot better.
I enjoyed that American U. game tonight, winning 68-57.
We definitely have talent and they played with heart.
Will attend some games this year for sure.
Women hoops gets a win today versus Loyola down in Baltimore, 67-55. Ella Wanzer after suffering a foot injury before the season began was back in the starting line up. Gianna Johnson also returned playing 7 minutes. She stands 6-5.
Nice win for the Lady Hens against Towson 91-80. They pulled away in the 4th quarter in a hard fought game. They shot 70 percent from 3-point (7 of 10) and 78.6 percent free throws (22 of 28). The youngsters Vance (23 points) and Correa (17 points) had great games. Cherisier (15 points, 13 rebounds), Fantroy (11 points, 12 rebounds), and Wanzer (10 points) all played well also.
Hens put up a whopping 36 points today against FIU. Now 12-14 on the year. I’d imagine Jenkins seat is getting pretty warm. Year 4 of I’d imagine a 5 year deal and she hasn’t done a whole lot in her time here.
Doubt they make her a lame duck coach next season. Big decisions for Skolnick for both programs once this year ends.
