Hens a 3.5-point favorite for tonight's season opener. Hens won by 21 at Bison last year.

It’s going to be a long season for the Hens. Losing Davis and Drumgoole will be tough as this year’s roster is considerably weaker than last year’s 19 win team. A winning record will be quite the achievement this season.

While losing Davis, Ray, and Drumgoole certainly hurts, I do think the team made some interesting additions that should change the style of play for the Hens. We should be better from outside which should help the offense, but the lack of a legitimate post will be a real problem…again!!! Hopefully they find a way to manage through that, but losing Houser is a big blow. Unfortunately I think we are likely in for another “just okay” kind of year and an early exit from the CAA Tournament. Really hope I’m wrong about this.

A school of our Caliber should be better at basketball sick of the excuses and movin to C-USA next year is a slight upgrade so…not sure what the answer is, i know it’s game 1 but I have been going to games long enough to see what I see and it looks to be fairly mediocre to below mediocre at best this year for both teams

They sure as heck took a lot of 3s like Ingelsby wanted...but didn't make many.

Their only hope to beat teams is gonna be scoring 80+. I don't see this team keep any team under 70......

Not having a guy who can score near the hope is gonna make it hard relying on a team fg% under 50%.

Disappointing loss for sure. After starting red hot from 3 making 6 of our first 8, we went cold from deep only making 2 of our last 19 from distance. And a decent number of those were not good shots. I thought Timko and Camden played well. Unfortunately the lack of a true big will be a common theme throughout the year.

Interestingly enough they had 6’ 5” Lane jumping center against their 7-footer to start the game. If MI’s seat isn’t hot it sure should be warm. He just has to do a better job. Anyhow, we have a chance to get this bad taste out of our mouths quickly playing Robert Morris at the Bob Thursday night.

It should have been hot already, but they signed him forever after the NCAA Appearance and with the conference move I do not think we have the coin to buy out several years of jis contract unfortunately

I said it earlier before the game and will say it again. The talent lost from last year was much better than the talent MI brought in for this year.

I had this game as a win. After tonight I’m seeing a 14-16 win season.
