TOTAL ESTIMATED YEARLY COST OF ATTENDANCE
$36,446 DE Resident
$61,036 Out of state

The total cost of attendance includes tuition, fees, on-campus, standard housing, standard food, and what they call Indirect costs (books, transportation and miscellaneous costs).

What is doesn’t include are the extra fees tacked on for specific majors (engineering, for example), which can add up to several thousand dollars per semester.

I know that one of our former players got paid over $35,000 in “extra” money last year, so $100,000 is not a bad estimate. Frankly, I was shocked that we paid this particular player that much, so I’d have to imagine that others got more than that amount.

At some time, there will have to be some resentment in the locker room (just as this is in almost any job) about who gets paid what…but that is the college athletics world we are in right now.

Not my immediate problem since I don’t have to manage those people. That’s Carty’s job. :D

We all hope this individual is a key contributor.
I have no clue

It may be another reason as to why there will be no year 33. :(

Saw the hoops team under the stadium at half time. If the new transfer is 6’7/6’8, my daddy is warren buffett. 6’5 “tops” would be my guess - I was only a few feet away. That said, I hope he can play (bang), as we need help under the boards.

not surprising - did he appear hefty? the recent pics of him suggested that issue. still- hope for the best- late additions are often like leftovers at the table the next day though that pizza broiled the next day can be mighty lasty

Charles Barkley, a bit hefty, was listed as 6'6", but was measured in other places (Olympics, for instance) as in the 6'4"-6'5" range.

One can dream.

Officially announced on the athletic site today. Listed
at 6-8 275.
I guess height runs in the family.

Oh and our poster from Tennessee will be happy, the pictures of all men’s hoops players are up! Familiarize away, TH.
Edit: The women’s roster is complete as well. Oh happy day!🤭
