Solid win for the Hens!

Was in a attendance and noticed during the first half the team was playing fast, moving without the ball, and things seemed like they had a lot of energy. In the 2nd half things slowed down and the game got messy, not sure if this can be attributed to Skerry's defensive scheme but whatever juice the Hens were playing with in the first half kinda left them in the 2nd half.

Great team win with 4 guys in double digits. while Davis had a big of a tough time against Towsons bigen, Drumgoole really stepped up and exposed their guards.

there's nothing like sinking your 1st few shots to start the game to build confidence. I'm sure MI is aware of that fact and will attempt to repeat that scenario tomorrow against W&M.

Drumgoole has shown the ability in all aspects of O to have a shot at the NBA if he can continue consistently these types of performances. It would be great. As we already know, Davis certainly has a great shot as well.

edit- 5 CAA schools ranked in the 300s - 10 wins right there

1 more thought- I'd love to see MI relax and SMILE on the sidelines near the end of the game when he's got the W locked in. He deserves to reap the fruits of his labors. Coaching is a tough profession- share that JOY of victory. Now it's time to work on FTs. They might just turn out to be the key to an NCAA auto bid.

The CAA top group are ranked relatively close together in the top 100- 135 approximately= UNCW,DR, CH, UD followed by H and T not too far behind. Those 4 nights(well 3 at least) will be for "winner takes all"- No reason as I believed from the start that we can't be that winner.
Keep the faith kick butt go Hens

Anyone know the format for the 14 team CAA tournament? Double bye for the top 4? If so, then finishing near the top is a must.

Top 4 seeds don’t play until quarterfinals on Sunday. Two play in games on Friday (bottom four seeds).
5 and 6 seeds play the winners of the play in games on Saturday.
Full schedule is on the CAA website.
