Ebby Asamoha is averaging 16.2 points per game, and 4 rebounds per game while shooting 39% from three for ETSU. He has 4 20+ point games this year.
Re: Former Hens
Jameer Nelson has not been starting at TCU the last 5 games or so and had just 3 points last night in their game. Not sure what happened there
Re: Former Hens
He could join the ladies' team with those numbers.
Tubby: 3 national titles, one won on the field, all D2
Keeler: 3 national titles, all won on the field, one as a player, two as a coach, 1 D2, 2 FCS
Carty: 2 on-field national titles, one as a player, one as an OC, both FCS
Carty - get an FBS bowl win!

Re: Former Hens
That’s a shame. Imagine how it would’ve looked if he was here with our current squad now

Jameel’s problem recently has been too many turnovers.

Re: Former Hens
not surprising as Jameer could go "off" on any given night- both positively and negatively. That's an example of a coach identifying this inconsistency. Then either yanking him on an off night or making it clear to him( at a TO) not to shoot other to avoid a 30 second violation.UD '01 grad wrote: ↑Mon Jan 29, 2024 1:55 pm Nelson scored 30 in TCU's 3OT win at Baylor.

Just viewing our teams performances this season unfortunately provide examples of this same issue with a certain number of our players.
Keep the faith kick butt go Hens
Re: Former Hens
Nelson had a nice game in upset of Tx Tech. Still needs help from the foul line. Wasn't his dad a good foul shooter?

Re: Former Hens
I watched the game. Nice win. He was 2-9 shooting with 10 points. Not his best effort. No longer starting

I don't follow the NIL stuff, but
I thought he had 365,000 reasons to go to TCU, sounds to me like a wise decision

I believe the NBA rookie salary is $950k. It’s only a matter of time until someone stays in college because it pays better.
