I hear that the MAC may not want the "east coast guys" (UD and UMass); may prefer schools from Kentucky/Tennessee. Just when I was actually feeling some excitement about the MAC.Steve1981 wrote: ↑Fri Oct 06, 2023 12:20 pmThanks and noticed it when seeing this notification. Will wait for awhile. The waiting is painful but no one is rushing to do anything. UMass is watching everything play out and Delaware is closely examining the FBS landscape and fit for UDel.TrueBlueHen wrote: ↑Fri Oct 06, 2023 10:28 amYes, there's a "Private messages" button in the upper right hand corner of the screen, next to "Notifications".

Want to win a million dollars, you can't please everyone and you don't always get what you want. You get what you need. Yes, the MAC wanted to expand with WKU and MTSU. MTSU backed out and the MAC waiting until the AD's loyalty to the A10 speech before ending looking for a partner with WKU. Since then the CUSA has survived, received a decent media contract with a GOR attached. Western teams may favor their region, but MAC Presidents, who do the voting, and favor good academic institutions. If we both say yes, ESPN gives the bump, it will happen.rooneyguy wrote: ↑Sat Oct 21, 2023 11:23 amI hear that the MAC may not want the "east coast guys" (UD and UMass); may prefer schools from Kentucky/Tennessee.
