Anybody know when it was that we last overcame an 18 pt. deficit?
Probably not the last ones but two came to mind right away for me...

* 1981 Maine, down 21-0 and Won
* 1979 Youngstown game there down 31-7 and Won

Go stand in the corner
I was wrong during the first quarter and very happy that I was, the team did an amazing job not giving up and fighting back...amazed how the offense went from inept in the first quarter to unstoppable in the second and third quarters. Good Job to Ryan and his staff

We were down 21 to 0 in the 3rd quarter to Maine back in our championship run in 2003. Ended up winning 24 to 21 in OT. Pretty sure Haugabrook had a punt return for TD to help with that historic comeback...

Didn’t that game have a FG attempt controversy? Maine thought they had made one but officials ruled not made?

Missed my first home game in some time due to a sick 5 month old at home. Really jealous of you all that were in attendance, sounded loud at time especially on the Dawsey PI, or lack there of, in the fourth. Have to get it out of the way but the Flo production, camera work, etc was brutal. They legit went to commercial during the middle of a play. Camera couldn’t keep up with anything thrown deep. Brutal.

This could be that program changing, culture changing, whatever you want to call it win IF we now build off it. No slip ups. We need to be 7-1 heading into that Elon game and playing well. Carty has done an excellent job really trying to change the culture on the inside but now let’s take that next step (I still think we’re about a year away from taking a big step but that’s a post for another time). Wins like these help but it’s all about how you build off it.

O’Connor played great and kudos to Manny and the D. I was ready to fire him at half. They absolutely shut down Laube.

Hope Wymberly is ok but didn’t look good. There’s a certain percentage of the season that you can’t play in order to get a medical redshirt, and hopefully he’s not at that mark if he wanted to come back for a 6th year.

Possibly the loudest I have heard Delaware stadium during that return.

1989 Mike Buck game was the craziest/loudest environment I’ve ever experienced in Delaware Stadium.

That was a great one just a week after beating Navy. Been going to the Stadium since '68 and that's the loudest I've ever heard it as well. Also felt a little shake and rumble in those stands

That is amazing due to the amount of empty seats. Curious as too the actual attendance (not tickets sold)?

Medical cut off is 30% of the season or 4 games. Whichever is greater.

Maddog, I meant the Maine game back in 2003. Hopefully we get back to those days in the near future!

Thanks HZ.

Agree team showed life from 2Q on. Wasn't like that at start.

UNH made a couple questionable 4Q calls as well. Looking forward to hearing postgame coach comments.
Well you beat UMass. 8,298 for arch rival New Mexico.

We reported 7,300 in Williamsburg, obviously tix sold.

Nice win for the Hens. Congrats. UNH is a tough out.

Was anyone thinking we might go for it at the end of the game on 4th & 1 from midfield and about 19 seconds left? The earlier punt play issues had me thinking about it to be honest especially with UNH with No timeouts
