What? UMass doesn’t have a #21?

EWU was winning 41-14 with 1:48 left in the 3rd. Ended up losing 42-41 on an Idaho St. TD with 52 seconds left.

#10 Montana squeaks by #3 Idaho 23-21 as the Vandals miss a 2-point conversion with under 2 minutes left. Montana had a 20-0 lead late in Q2. A slow start and 3 (really two…the last one was a desperation thing) turnovers killed pass happy Idaho.

The question is if the pollsters leapfrog 6-1 Montana over our Hens and how far 5-2 Idaho drops.

Hampton (2nd ranked rushing offense in the CAA)
Villanova (3rd ranked)
Towson (4th ranked)
Elon (5th ranked)
NC A&T (6th ranked)

Let’s hope the coaches are making the necessary adjustments. I don’t believe the 3-2-6 is the best defensive alignment against the run.
Another Great observation Jax

Elijah Burris RB Hampton is pretty good and probably under the radar, I hope that dreary atmosphere in Hampton doesn’t put us to sleep …. Gotta come out clicking
Hampton now 5-4, got healthy quick and beat Maine behind Elijah Burris 4 TDs and 173 yards on 14 Carries

The other RB that was hurt got …72 yards on 5 totes

And the starting QB was back too

Maine was winning 28-14 for a long time in that game. Don't know what happened, but the wheels fell off in the 4th.
The Blackbears find more creative ways to lose football games than any team I've ever seen.

For my money, the Harbaugh/Jackson-led Baltimore Ravens have this crown on permanent lockdown for many years to come. They win the vast majority of the games they are supposed to and sometimes look spectacular doing it (see Lions, Seahawks this year) but some of their losses are just short of gift-wrapping victories for the opposition, including their two this year (vs. Colts, at Steelers).

FCS passing yard leaders

5 of the top 14 play in the CAA

The recent additions obviously hurt the bottom line on the strength of the Conference but still lots of talent in the CAA

Today's Browns-Ravens game another example. Baltimore routinely gives multiple games away each year. It's why they never earn home-field advantage, even in their Super Bowl years.

Say, Rojas…didja’ notice the Kansas City (currently located in Kansas…good grief) Chiefs BLITZED 50% of the plays in their first half and put pressure on their opponent?

You know…make your opponent uncomfortable.

Might want to try that sometime.
