One thing I noticed during the portal season was so many good FCS players jumped right over the G4 teams and went straight to P4.
Now if they play or not is a different story, but they will be paid handsomely to sit on that bench.
And there were some good ones that decided to remain in FCS like the Youngstown State quarterback and Taco Dowler, the Montana State WR
Another head shaker for football fans is we probably won’t get to see most of them play at any level. Many of these FCS guys would’ve been great additions for CUSA teams and specifically Delaware. I’m not trying to say the transfers we got won’t be good additions, I was just a little disappointed about FCS players jumping over G5 teams
One in specific was WR Nico Brown from Yale, who went to Stanford
recruiting recruiting recruiting...It ain't rocket science....We need better more athletic players...That simple....
Coach Jackson sure is pulling in some good looking transfers down in Dover. I notice they’ve got a few CAA teams lined up next season. I wonder if the Stingers are toying with a move to that conference?
