It was actually 2003, and that team from an all boys school in N. Wilmington was 35-1 at that time, 35-2 after the game. That is good times to reminisce about. There's a Dr. ,high school Teacher and Coach, Wilm Firefighter, some really outstanding boys who became pillars of society. I will reminisce about their success all day long.

I was a pretty good basketball coach but a much better coach in a much bigger game: The Game of Life.

And what's on your resume, since I have been decent enough to answer all your questions.
Also, I see your partner is leaving you out to dry all by yourself!!!! Too funny

Well Russ, Then please confirm. Henzone and I are not the same person, please

I am just asking for the new Kings of Hoops to provide us with good info since they ran some of those guys off.

That's really all,

If you want me to stop posting, just say so....... I respect you

This.

To confirm: I too, want Darth Dave back, and Henzone and UDPat are definitely NOT the same person.

Useful information and opinions are always appreciated!

That's a heck of a delicate and well-crafted sentence.

Not sure why DD left, but I don't recall a barrage of personal attacks directed towards him. Everyone has different opinions...and few places are an echo chamber. Maybe I missed something.

As far as basketball and the thread title goes, I like MI, but he keeps missing a piece of the puzzle each year. Call it bad luck...call it whatever, but we have come up short far too many times during his tenure. Maybe the new conference (CUSA-CUSA-CUSA!) will spark some higher level of success? Hope MI succeeds. It would be nice to see the arena full of fans on a regular basis, but that won't happen until we win consistently.

MI is a good recruiter. I doubt moving to CUSA will keep talent that has been “under recruited”, if they can move on & up (and get paid) to the A10, ACC, or Big12 like players have done recently. Only time will tell.
