Looks like former UD assistant Phil Martelli Jr who has been acting Head Coach at Bryant's, will have the job for the season. Their head coach resigned.

Phil, wish you the best of luck and take advantage of this HUGH opportunity!!!

Phil is just a wonderful individual, great coach and great family man!!!!!

Great guy Pat and thrilled for him.

Now I do have to wonder if he’ll pull back on some of the near 300 offers Grasso put out to high school recruits

May see Phil Jr. in the Bob next year assuming he gets the job beyond this year and his team, which will be joining the CAA next year is scheduled to play in Newark.

Bryant is only joining the CAA in football and who knows what conference we will be playing in. But there is a connection and a OOC game wouldn’t surprise me.

Bryant is in America East for all other sports. I wish we were as well: Vermont, UNH, Maine are members.
