What unit do you think is the best overall?

OL, WR/TE, QB, RB, DL, LB, DB.

I really like the starting OL. Kroll, Lutz, Farinella, Robinson,Ezeuzoh. All seniors except Kroll who is a junior. I do hope we get a quality transfer to add to this group because there is not much experience on the second team. Farinella is granted the extra year. Steve Robinson was a quality starter before his injury. These veteran guys should play well as a unit. I hope they stay healthy.

A healthy d-line. Experience and talent, 1 thru 8.

Staff belief in a 3-4 met with the fact the talent & experience calls for a 4-3.

I like the fact that two of our sideline observers pick the DL and LB's. That bodes well for the defense.

I don’t have the benefit of observing practice so this view is from a distance. As of now, I’m going with the DL in a 4:3 configuration mainly due to the mix of experience, depth, and potential of the recruits. I think by the end of the season, the best unit may be the LBs although I think the WR group has the potential to be pretty good by the end of the season.

They might not start off being the top units but could be there at the end or at Game 16. :) If Colby stays healthy, I like the LB group.

The OL has yet to get the job done! I like the LB group!

The OL certainly has the potential to be very good. The LB's are young but they have some guys who could be game changers very soon.

don't have a clue until the team is assembled in August.

Any number of changes could take place, including rbs/qbs which can assist the Oline. Does the OL which has let us down for years have a chance to perform adequately under the new Ambrose regime?able to push off the los, use power and technique, work in sync with each other, and sustain pass protection?? I would like to think that their total number of games and experience playing together and with better coaching/play calling it might just do the trick. Also a dual threat qb will help immensely. WRs who can perform with strong hands/routes like my favorite Papale make them look better. The Oline needs to feel good about themselves as a unit and take pride in their performance and increase their nastiness.

The D in my estimation will be young, inexperienced and a work in progress. We will especially need to put points on the board early in the season. I'm counting by November they will begin to hit their stride and become solid and then know what to do in most every situation.

Hey, I understand we are all excited anticipating the upcoming season, but patience is the answer now.

We can watch our stadium begin to become a great home and more importantly, hopefully pick up a good number of experienced transfers to plug all the needed weakness and make them positives.

DR's time has come to prove CR made the right call  This year may be the best opportunity to begin "Delaware Football's" real comeback to prominence( sorry -wrong "word") at least in the FCS. The CAA is maybe at its weakest though the Villanova's curse still hangs over everything and needs to be eliminated at all costs.

no bs- the kids better use this spring and summer to work together. They get a free education and owe it to us the fans and to themselves.
Our guys can create a wonderful memory they will carry the rest of their lives. Our seniors from last season never had the proper opportunity.
Keep the faith kick butt go Hens
