Thirty-eight year old former Delaware assistant Neal Brown is being named head coach at West Virginia. Brown was an assistant under Keeler (WR's I think) and has been the head coach at Troy the last
four years.

Yes Jim, he was WR Coach in 2005 for KC. Great hire by WVU. Brown has done real good things at Troy and it includes a Win at LSU last year. Young guy on the rise.

According to the Richmond paper, David Legg, long time DR assistant to be DB coach.

Copeland is from Philadelphia (Central HS) and played football at Division II Clarion in Western PA. Lots of experience coaching defense.

Hope he is as connected to Western Pa. as Manny was. That is such a promising area for recruiting.
