I thought he was good, but not exceptional. For those 'oldtimers', I preferred Ed Maley. Sabol, IMO, was the worst.

Obviously I think Coach Arians has a bit more experience and insight into his capabilities then the gohens coaching staff. I personally liked both Maley & Sabol though.

+1... Coach Rapone was a football coach in the truest sense of the term. He seemed passionate about the game and was a tough, professional, man. He inherits a good D from Ray Horton in AZ.
