+1

I almost fell into that make the playoffs trap. But after reading the Villanova board I realize that not only do we need to make the playoffs, we gotta beat Nova as well...

And I will add JMU in there as well. Gonna have a NICE, WARM Homecoming for Taylor Reynolds.

Why should his standard be any more or less than we expected of former coaches.

Ziady used up Brock's margin for error by not conducting a good faith search. He must put up 8+, beat Nova and have at least one playoff Win or there will be many who call for both Men's heads!

I want to have a football season where I am not disappointed the tailgate is over and have to go into the game, where I don't want/have to leave before the fourth quarter and where the fans stand and cheer and believe that we can actually get a stop on third down.

Anything less than a NC appearance (hopefully a win) within 3 seasons is a failure.

KC is leaving him with a loaded team - Hurley, AP as a Senior, and all of the D players who were out for injuries last year ready for a triumphant return. Deep run in the playoffs this year or bust, and we'd better be in Frisco within two years after.

KC took someone's and beat yours. Won the chipper in 2 years.

Brock must do no less or he is less of an innovator and can't adapt his game plan to the talent available.
UD football...playoff bound in 2013...with KC's recruits.

Totally agree. And beating Nova should be our first priority. You should all recall we could not even do that during the years of our last two trips to the NCs. To me, our performance against our arch rivals has been embarrassing - especially the final one of the KC era.
