OK. For better or worse we know who the man is. We have discussed it ad nauseam and have I guess agreed to disagree. The question is whether the new guy is - to paraphrase our buddy Joec - a Jimmy's and joes or an Xsand Os person.
The sense I get is that he has been hired for his "management perspective" rather than his raw coaching genius. Assuming that is the case and he is going to leave the X and O bits to someone else, the identity of the various coordinators is going to be the real story over the coming weeks. Who would you guys like to see in the key coordinator roles?
