I have no doubt that UD can win with Hurley. He has enough skill and leadership qualities to be a piece of a winning offense -- he isn't the whole show but there is enough talent that he won't have to be and has to nderstand that he has a role to play and not necessarily the starring role.

LMFAO!!!!!!!

C'mon man. Read again those words you typed.

We lost three games by a touchdown or less. A strong OL could have easily led to an extra score or two per game, or to keeping our O on the field longer to prevent a score or two from our opponents. Give us two of those and we would have made the playoffs, and I think they team would have gone in with enough momentum to compete. There were more problems than just the OL, but it was the biggest IMO.

Problem here is we were a LO-O-O-NG way from a 'strong' OL.

2012: 1 play in three games by defense and 8-3 in playoffs with wins most gave no chance of even being in the game.

2010: 1 play. In two games and 7-4 and not in playoffs.

Not comparing teams. Just illustrating the ridiculous comments of calling kids horrible.

Thank you.....some of you guys think its like playing playstation. Its alot easier to run when the OL is pushing the front 7 back. Germaine Bennett ran pretty good so did Omar Cuff and the common denominator was that UD had very good Olines on those teams.

I agree....the kid has a god arm and has heart. He can win at UD....no doubt in my mind. Now he is young so Brock still has some coaching up to do.

with AP, Lang and Randolph the running game looks better ... but with a pro-set aand a 2 back set the blocking back is key to protection and short yardage ... and maybe be a safety valve in passing game

I think Hurley is better suited to a pro-set ... big problem last year was the offensive line was weak at best and with the spread offense and the delays in the running game they could not hold blocks and in the passing game Hurley held the ball too long trying to make the perfect play ... if we go to a pro-set with quick hitting running plays and more west coast passing game with 3 step drop slants and curls then the line can hold up ... plays just took too long to develop last year

The 2012 squad wasn't horrible, but they were a long way from being good. Apparently you are completely disregarding them getting run over at UNH and physically hammered at home by Maine and Villanova.
