His name is not in the rumor mill. I am curious if he was not interested or there is lack of interest from UD. Obviously the UD ties seem less of a factor with the new AD and there are legitimate questions as to why he has been an assistant for so long, but there are positives.
Villanova has had our number for YEARS. Venuto not only has ties, but seems like the kind of person who is not a job hopper.
Just curious if anyone has a theory on why we don't hear his name being mentioned????

The rumor mill named only 3 of the 12 interviewed. EZs named didn't get rumored until the night before the announcement.

In one of Kevin T's first report after the firing, he stated that there was interest on Venuto's part.
