The days of a guy spending years in the same job due to personal allegiance are long gone. Even Tubby said that had coaches been making what they are making today, he might have considered a move. The average person moves 3X in their life & changes jobs something like 5X. We might as well accept that UD is going to be a stepping stone, especially if we remain in the FCS. Expecting someone to stay put is totally unrealistic today.
