UD needs to be bold the way the Eagles were in getting Chip Kelly. I am thinking hire Ryan Carty as the next UD HC (or at least as OC if he will make that lateral move from UNH to UD). Ryan Carty is presumably well versed in that offense UNH runs so effectively and he can pick the brain of the maestro Chip Kelly who will only be 40 minutes north of Newark. Maybe Cohen as DC. If Carty comes as only the OC and is allowed free reign by new HC, then maybe some of the other candidates mentioned will be fine as a CEO type HC
Bill- The BurmaShave signs are all saying Brock. If that happens, and I'm told by quite a few that it already has, then what will really be interesting is the domino affect it will have at Rutgers. Does Cohen come here as DC? Does Wrobo get the vacated OC spot at Rutgers or maybe he is the new OC here ? Plenty going on this morning. All just very solid RUMORS until a formal announcement is made.
I wonder if KC will be considered for an assistant position on the Eagles. Maybe RB or WR coach? He knows Kelly and he certainly would not have to move.

Maybe up to Rutgers to take Cohens place at LB coach. This is getting weird.
Speaking of moving, Muir's house is up for sale at a cool $1,100,000 asking price.
There is no way that Dave Cohen leaves Rutgers for Delaware unless it is as a head coach. He would make the same amount of money, if not more, at Rutgers. Taking a FCS coordinator job looks no better than and FBS position coach.
I agree with Blue Hen Bill. Ryan Carty would be a great pick for OC with his experience in Oregon's offense as well as having at least part of the coaching staff being aware of the tradition here. It would make me feel alot better having him there to run the offense than Brock. Carty has a much better resume offensively than Brock. The problem will be to to bring in a solid DC who can motivate as well as coach.
