New Football Staff: HENJOHN Style

Ok Y'all. I ran into new AD Ziady browsing in Victoria Secrets in the Christiana Mall yesterday and he saw my UD Football Jacket on and he and I talked for 2 hours in front of all the Longerie. After seeing my passion, being a Fan for 45 years and my football pedigree, he asked me to assemble a new staff and conduct some immediate Phone interviews to see what I could do. Well, after 20 consecutive hours of calling, interviews, salary discussions, HERE is our NEW staff. It may end up getting tweeked a little, but this group will lead us into the next phase:

Head Coach----- Sam Venuto ( Villanova OC & former Hen LB)

Co-O Coord/QB coach----- Ryan Carty (New Hamp OC & former Hen QB)
Co-O Coord/Asst H C----- Dave Ceccinni (Lehigh OC)
O Line coach---------------Gregg Perry
RB coach------------------ Brian Ginn
WR coach------------------ Keita Malloy (former ODU coach & Hen WR)
Special teams------------- Paul Worrilow

Def Coord------------------ Billy Crocker (Villanova DC)
D Line coach--------------- Rob Nevaiser (S Brook DC. Will get big raise)
LB coach------------------- Billy Crocker (See above- Villanova coach)
DB coach------------------- Nick Rapone

Recruiting Coord----------Ron Needles (72 Hen) & Sussex jay
Asst to Jerry Oravitz----- Joe C, Henzone

WOW .... I thought that kind of inbreeding only happened in parts of Kentucky and Tennessee Following Delawares tradition of success might be a wise move and that would require adding some Michigan men.

Scalpers/Ticket agencies get their tickets a number of ways. They buy them from season ticket holders, they purchase corporate/private seats from individuals, and they work the ticket lines like you and I do. The difference is that they have many people calling/logging on for them, so they have a far better shot of scoring tickets than do you.

My wife told me not bad for a guy 6-2, 225.............!!!!!!!. Don't laugh, I was actually in line there about 10 yrs ago buying my wife an XMAS present and when I got in line I saw a short guy with white hair and it was Tubby!! We had a nice chat but I could tell he didn't want to be in there any longer than he needed to be. I won't tell ya what he had in his hand to buy....

Why would Carty leave UNH for here. At UNH, he is first choice to replace McDonnaugh and if not and the UNH/Kelley offense suddenly becomes fashionable, who knows what else?

I can't see Cecchini leaving Lehigh in a lateral move as OC. He was a finalist for the Yale HC position last year.

Hey I put all that up there just for fun 2 weeks ago long before the coach was even named. As far as Carty goes it might be tied to more $$ and possibly a title like 'Offensive Coord & Assoc Head Coach'
