After they make a selection, Ziady said there’s still some things that have to be done before Delaware can name its new coach.

“There’s a process that we would go through here at the university in terms of meeting with various personnel,” he said. “Once that’s completed, I’m going to definitely make sure that the final person has an opportunity to meet with the staff and the team. We have a leadership council on our football team that he’s going to spend some time with as well.”

When the new hire starts meeting with team and staff, the UD wall of secrecy will breakdown IMO

With sally doing the motivation it's no wonder Henroid finds himself on this committee.Just think we will not lose ANY recruits once this coaching changed is announced FRI.I'm in for Special teams coach since we have never had one this will be a new position I like new positions.

I ABSOLUTELY agree with relieving KC. And frankly, I do not understand those who are satisfied with the direction KC has taken this program. Why wouldn't you want a new direction for a program that was once (but under KC is no longer) one of the most respected programs in the country?
