Re: The Odds: FCS Championship
I believe that the teams in the Dakota(s) and in some of those other stares without much nearby FBS competition are able to sign more FBS quality prospects in their region. Those big farm boys sure help out their OL & DL.

Re: How often should UD play Del St.
Hens fan all my life, always be a Hens fan but the greater than thou on here is amazing ...... JMU probably felt the same way, coming to Newark to play in a high school environment. henfan40yrs, Bullcrap. UD has one of the top FCS Stadiums, game, and fan experience. With your attitude, why do you e...

Re: Tournament Changes coming
UD could/should have defeated Wm & Mary, Richmond, & Nova. In all of those games 1 or 2 plays made the difference. Cary deserves some of the blame for that as well as UD not showing up in the first half vs. Wm & Mary and the entire game vs. Elon. wish Carty would take a page out of the E...

Re: FB Alumni photos
A problem for those of us who didn't live locally and at least while working had little opportunity (virtually none now with Carty's no fans at practice policy) over many years to interact with players, we didn't get to see what many of these players looked like out of their helmet & uniforms. ...

Re: Spring Game
He will sort it out guys. Ryan's been comfortable sitting at the top of the stadium and calling plays for a long time. With KC at the helm, I'm sure he enjoyed controlling some part of his job. Easy to see why he doesn't want fans, media or parents at the practices or asking awkward questions. It's...

Or have an extra assistant in another area of responsibility that he wouldn't have with an OC?

Re: Tournament Changes coming
BHB, How many FCS games do you watch? The Delaware games and who else? Carribbean Hen, Please explain the relevance of your question. I am not on the committee. BHB, it was just your comment about committee members not seeing many teams except for the ones in their own backyard….. like UDF already ...

Re: Tournament Changes coming
Seeding more teams doesn't guarantee more fairness and is arguably even worse than the current system. There will continue to be teams who feel like they got cheated by the committee with unjustified seeding or placement in the bracket. It seems like this move has the potential to create far more p...

Re: Tournament Changes coming
Yes, that’s called being rewarded for your body of work. With seeding 16 teams, I am not very confident that the committee can objectively get it right as to which teams from all over the country the majority of which and even their conferences most on the committee have not seen play except for th...

Re: Tournament Changes coming
So no matter how small/crappy your stadium is and how small your attendance, if you are the higher seed you get the game(s) at home? Plus how much greater are the travel costs gong to be thereby making the more numerous long distance road trip(s) a burden financially and otherwise on the teams and ...

Re: Spring Game
seems like many here are on the same page as you BG- that's good. I like what I saw-unfortunately only a few plays-from O'Connor last season though it's nice that there is solid competition with Marker as well as a backup. The schedule is a cake walk so RC has time to develop this team and mature i...
