Re: Live Construction Footage

You might be correct, however, they specifically mentioned they were for heating. There are some big A/c units between those two metal units. LIkely the set up is like a home. The AC compressor is outside the home and the air handler/furnace is separate from the compressor inside the home. In this ...

Easy one, Pete Carroll's son Brennan was at UD for one year.
Correct. If I’m not mistaken, Pete was the head coach of the NY Jets the year Brennan was here before transferring to Pitt.

Speaking of crushes - what was the name of the former News Journal photographer who used to prowl the sidelines at UD games taking pictures before moving on to National Geographic magazine and other ventures?

Re: More Trivia

Jeff Fiss Great stuff here guys! Jeff, I’m not sure what happened when I went to post this, but your post got deleted - my bad - I apologize. I just watched the 2000 game against ‘Nova - the “Brian Westbrook Game”. Got to see you featured in some closeups. Also, a halftime interview with a young Mat...

Surprised to see what appears to be solid glass panels. Most press levels have an ability to open the windows....
Those are clearly 2-piece panels - top and bottom. My guess is one or the other can be opened.

Re: Trivia - Round Three

What current pro football head coach, who may end up in the HOF one day, has a son who was a Blue Hen (for at least one year)?

Hint: He was head coach of a different team when his son was at UD.

Re: Live Construction Footage

Are you wondering why the workers keep digging up the dirt on the south end? I am. Rich and I have come up with these opinions. In the long trench they have built big concrete footings that will support brick columns. Those columns will be used to connect a black wrought iron fence. The trench near...

"5) Name 2 sets of brothers that not only played for the Bluehens but also played at the same time with each other?"

I'm surprised Mr. Fiss didn't mention two of his teammates - Mike and Mondelario Pinckney!

Re: Let's talk some football

RR, as you say, some elements are still being used, at least in formations, etc. But (and I’ll defer to you guys who played on this) even as Tubby and Ted morphed the Wing-T into it’s much different final application, one thing that remained relatively constant was “shoulder blocking”. That seemed t...
